Can I see the artwork before my appointment?

A.

Due to an extremely busy working schedule we're unable to provide final artwork prior to your session (normally).  With a proper consultation and if you have taken the time to look at your artists previous work you should be satisfied that your tattoo artist is the right person for the job.  They will make sure will have something ready for you the day of your appointment.

  Can I bring my child/children with me to my appointment?

A.

  • No… health regulations do not allow children in the work areas.

  Do you take debit or credit?

A.

  • YES!  We now take debit and credit (Visa and MC)

  What is your shop rate and minimum?

A.

  • Our shop rate is $175 per hour for multi-session tattoos with a minimum charge of $100.  Single session tattoos are subject to being priced by the piece.  GST will also be added to your total.

  What should I do if I have comments or concerns?

  • If you have questions or concerns call as us 1-306-244-TATS (8287), would be more than happy to discuss them with you.

  What are some helpful tips?

A.

  • Do not pick or scratch your tattoo.
  • Do not soak in water; no bath tubs, pools, hot tubs, lakes, etc... for at least one month.
  • Try to keep our healing tattoo out of the sun, absolutely NO TANNING BEDS. After the first two weeks apply sun block whenever your tattoo is exposed to the sun.
  • If you work out you should take 3-4 days off, sweating has the same effect as soaking in water.
  • Every person is different, if you seem to develop sensitivity to any of your aftercare products top using them immediately.

  What should I do after I get a tattoo?

A.

  • ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE FIRST!
  • Remove any bandage after 4-6 hours.
  • Immediately wash your tattoo with a clean cloth or paper towel using warm water and non-scented mild liquid soap.
  • Continue washing your tattoo every few hours until it is healed.
  • If your tattoo feels dry or tight apply a small amount of unscented lotion to it.

  What should I do if I need to change my appointment?

  • We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to change an appointment.

  What should I do before I get a tattoo?

A.

  • Make sure to eat well before your tattoo, if you have a long sitting bring something to eat and drink.
  • Come well rested, do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before your sitting.
  • Avoid wearing white clothing.
  • Do not use any sort of numbing creams.
  • If you are getting lettering double check your spelling, especially if it's a foreign language.
  • Have a shower!
  • Please try to find a babysitter, the setting is not suitable for children.
  • Saskatchewan Health regulations state that you must be 18 years of age to enter a tattoo shop unless your are being tattooed and are accompanied by a consenting parent or guardian.

  Do I have to leave a deposit? Are they refundable?

A.

  • Yes… if you wish to make an appointment you will have to leave a deposit, it will be taken off the final price of your tattoo.   Deposits start at $100.
  • Sorry they are not refundable.  You are forewarned and an adult... we take this very seriously and do this for a living, we are not at fault if you lose your nerve, are late, forget about your appointment, change your mind or do not follow our policies.
